How long does a visit last?
There are no restrictions on the length of stay within the opening hours. We recommend that you allow 60-90 minutes for your visit, so that you have enough time to discover all the stories, big and small.
Are there any age restrictions?
We recommend the Little BIG City for children from 6 years of age.
Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult of full age. Adolescents, starting from the age of 15, may visit the attraction without supervision, but are not allowed to be a supervisor for a child.
How much does a ticket cost?
Online booking saves time and money! Not only are our online tickets a bit cheaper, you also ensure your admission without having to wait long.
Is there parking available at Little BIG City?
Paid parking is available in the direct vicinity.
Is photography allowed in Little BIG City?
Photography is expressly permitted in our company. We recommend to switch off the flash while taking pictures. Share your memories on Facebook or Instagram and use the hashtag #littleBIGcityberlin. Have fun!
Are pets allowed in Little BIG City?
It is not allowed to bring animals into Little BIG City Berlin, but guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
Is food and drink allowed in Little BIG City?
We ask for your understanding that food and drinks are not allowed inside the attraction.
Is it possible to leave wardrobe and large pieces of luggage in Little BIG City?
For security reasons, the Little BIG City cannot store luggage. We ask for your understanding that due to the construction of the attraction we cannot offer lockers or a cloakroom.
Can you bring a baby carriage to Little BIG City?
Bringing a baby carriage is permitted.

The Little BIG City has been certified as barrier-free. Ramps and elevators are available for visitors with walking disabilities or wheelchairs. If a "B" for accompaniment or an "H" for helplessness is noted in the disabled pass, one accompanying person has free entry.
Do birthday children get free admission?
Birthday children (regardless of age) are admitted free of charge to our premises upon presentation of an appropriate identification document.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Visa and MasterCard are accepted on our website and via our service hotline. At our box office you can also pay with EC card, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
Is there ticket insurance?
Booking a ticket and not being able to arrive is annoying. With ticket insurance from ERV, you won't be stuck with the costs. The insurance company will reimburse you for the cost of purchased tickets in accordance with the insurance conditions. From 0.99 € can be added when buying a ticket.
